We did not want to leave, would recommend. We had a double room with quiet ac units. The pool was heated and the staff was nice. Thanks to a fantastic service we had a great stay. The location was marvellous and stunning, just a short walk away from Tanglewood Mall.
Even though everything was wonderful, some of the staff were just terrible.

Appreciated our rooms with a king bed. We were in a very classy location approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Tanglewood Mall. The service was excellent throughout our stay.

The hotel with fairly quiet and bright rooms, in a beautiful area, beautiful on the side of the mountain. Welcoming and courteous staff with a good portion of humor. Separate rooms, excellent breakfast. Quiet beds and a microwave oven, a refrigerator and coffee/tea making machines. Nice stay, as always.

Stunning location very close to a large mountain / hill overlooking city and Roanoke for a wedding and attractions like the Mill Mountain Star and hiking trails, and excellent breakfast. The rooms with a king bed and a separate bedroom, as example. Variety of outstanding food.

Had very nice stay on a road trip. The staff were extremely friendly, you should know it. The breakfast was delicious and the pool was nice. The location was excellent - right by attractions like the Mill Mountain Star and hiking trails, and Resturants and shopping. Furthermore, ever in the Roanoke area.

I absolutely loved my stay at the Hilton Garden Inn! The value for money was great - a beautiful room, amazing views from the hilltop location, and exceptional staff who went above and beyond to make me feel welcome.
The breakfast experience could be improved by offering a complimentary continental breakfast instead of charging for a bagel and coffee. Other than that, everything was perfect!

The hotel met the purpose, it was an excellent stay for the weekend. Everywhere was clean, room with central heating, cable TV and a mini-fridge was really bright and impressive. The breakfast offered variety of great meals. The location was great and beautiful, close to a zoo and eateries.
